Sharni alcock

Co-founder/owner, Nutritionist 

Sharni is a Holistic health coach, Nutritionist, new mum and personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve balance in their health and lifestyle. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion & Nutrition) and have also completed a Certificate III & IV in Fitness, giving her over seven years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. Beyond fitness, she has worked in health food and supplements, deepening her knowledge of natural wellness, holistic nutrition, and mindful living. Her mission is to simplify holistic health, making it easy for busy individuals to nourish their bodies, heal naturally, and build sustainable wellness habits - without overwhelm.

Co-founder/owner, Exercise & Sports Scientist

Piper is a Sprinter, Sport Scientist, and Researcher. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport and is in her final stages of completing a Masters of Medical and Health Science by Research before commencing her PhD. She also holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Level 1 Recreational Running Coach, and Level 2 Developmental Athletics Coach. Piper is a 100/200 sprinter with great experience on the track as well as the gym. At 20y/o she had a break from the track and ran her first half and full marathon with 12 weeks preparation. Following this, she returned to the track and claimed the Open Womens 100m State Tittle as well as other state and national medals.
