Our Performance Programs were created to offer a more flexible way to work with us alongside 1:1 coaching. While 1:1 coaching is a more personalised option, these programs allow you to access our training and guidance in a way that fits your lifestyle. We wanted to make our support accessible and affordable to more people, to help you achieve your goals. We've designed a range of programs to suit different goals, so go ahead and find out which ones best for you!

sprinting - beginner 

$17.99 per week

Our Beginner Sprints Program is perfect for those who are new to sprinting and want to get started. This program will help you get learn drills and basic techniques as well as assist with injury prevention through strength and conditioning and thorough warmups.

Our Intermediate Sprints Program is perfect for those who have some experience sprinting or perhaps are returning after a long break. This program will help you create an effective and efficient warmup routine as well as assist with general sprinting mechanics. The strength and conditioning programs are crucial for the training as well for injury prevention and for neural work too.

Our Advanced Sprinting Program is perfect for those who have experience on the track already. This program will include large amounts of neural firing to help your body recruit as many motor units as possible when sprinting. The Strength and conditioning programs are very important to complete alongside of the track programs for the neural assistance as well as injury prevention.
